READ the contract and take great videos before the machine leaves a trailer and you sign the contract because once it leaves your responsible for any little damage that goes for most rental company he sends out the equipment and it is completely beat and breaks down frequently during the duration of the job absolutely poor communication skills no mechanic skills or knowledge definitely unreasonable to work with and will outrageously charge you for very small fixes that were caused by his lack of maintenance be very careful and do not write from him suggested strongly he will stick it to you anyway you can... I can only comment on my opinion you have to make your decision for yourself good luck and I hope the best for everybody

I'm the owner of Richman Family Landscape in Manchester, CT. I have rented equipment from this place and all I've ever had was good service. The equipment is kept clean and up to date, never had a issue with the customer service or the owner himself. The prices are good and when they say its going to be there it is there no question asked. I would highly recommend this company to any construction company that needs to rent any equipment. Great job to the owner and staff, kept it up.

Arnold's equipment rentals is the best place to go to for construction equipment rentals. Ive personality used several different companies in CT, but Arnold's equipment rental is by far the best. I have rented the bobcat excavator, and track loader, but they also have aerial lift, loader, and several other options available, I think even a bulldozer or 2. Beyond the quality and great selection of equipment, the customer service is top notch! Communication is a breeze, I always feel respected and understood when speaking with anyone there. I absolutely recommend renting equipment from Arnold's.

After a long term rental client of arnolds, i decided no longer will i rent from him after making unauthorized charges on my card for additional time that was never discussed. Darel the owner had an obligation to pick up the machine the friday after thanksging and refused to pick it up because my phone was damaged and couldnt get ahold of me. So instead of picking up the machine he rented to me for 4 weeks , he charged me an additional week. my guess is he had no driver the thanksgiving friday and he put his problems on me and made me pay for his poor business practice. I have spent over $10,000 in rental equipment with this business prior to this situation but trust me, find another place to rent. this man is a con artist at best and will not reason with logic. At the end of the day he had a 30 day rental contract and he made unauthorized charges and financial decisions on my end. further litigation to proceed.

Great rentals for great prices. Better than the equipment and price is the service. Darren is very thorough and his guys are top notch and have decades of experience. They will make sure all your needs are met and go beyond to assure your job goes well. I have rented lifts, fork lifts, tri-axel trucks(w/ driver) for asphalt, bobcat excavators. If you need a rental this needs to be your first stop if you care at all about the job you're doing.

Very friendly people. Took the time to make sure the equipment was in top performing condition. Made drop off and pick up very easy around my schedule. The prices are great. They had a lot of choices for equipment. Very honest good company. After working with them I won't use anyone else!!!
